• Access: Upon successful payment, customers will receive an email containing a download link to access the purchased guide.

• Delivery Timeframe: Digital products are typically available for download immediately after the purchase transaction has been successfully processed.

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, we are unable to process refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. 

 

2. Personalized Tour Services

• Service Description: Our personalized tour services include arranging local guides, drivers, hotel bookings, and ticket purchases tailored to your travel itinerary.

• Fulfillment: Services are rendered upon your arrival in China, as per the agreed-upon itinerary.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you decide to cancel your trip to China at the last minute, we offer an 80% refund of the service fee. The remaining 20% covers administrative and pre-booking costs incurred during the planning of your trip.
