Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 23, 2025

Welcome to Tang. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

• Digital Travel Guides: We offer digital travel guides in PDF format for various Chinese cities, priced at 99 yuan per city.

• Standard Tour Packages: Pre-arranged itineraries including services such as local guides, drivers, hotel bookings, and ticket arrangements.

• Custom-Designed Travel Packages: Tailored travel experiences based on your preferences, including personalized itineraries, accommodations, and activities.

2. Booking and Payment

• Digital Travel Guides: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link for the purchased guide.

• Standard and Custom-Designed Travel Packages:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the booking process. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 days prior to the commencement of the tour services. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Digital Travel Guides: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital travel guides once the purchase is completed.

• Standard Tour Packages:

• Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your standard tour package, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the total package cost, provided the cancellation is made before the commencement of the tour. The remaining 20% covers administrative and pre-booking expenses incurred during the planning of your trip.

• Custom-Designed Travel Packages:

• Cancellation: Due to the extensive planning and resources involved in creating custom itineraries, cancellations of custom-designed travel packages are eligible for a 60% refund of the total package cost, provided the cancellation is made before the commencement of the tour. The remaining 40% covers administrative, consultation, and pre-booking expenses incurred during the planning of your trip.

• Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest) that necessitate the cancellation of your trip, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and strive to offer fair solutions, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds, depending on the specific circumstances and expenses already incurred.

4. Travel Documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, required for entry into China. Tang is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

5. Liability

Tang is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your trip. We are also not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to your itinerary caused by third-party service providers or unforeseen circumstances.
